Sunday Playdough

Growing up, we had a special toy set aside as a "Sunday" toy. In our case, it was Lego's. That didn't mean that we weren't allowed to seek out Lego's at our friends' houses during the week, it just meant that at our house, Lego's were reserved for Sunday. I thought it was a little bit ridiculous back in the day. Now, however, I see the wisdom. Having a special toy or game to play with on Sundays helps make the day special and reverent. Our toys are a Playdough cake maker and bible coloring books. Here are some pictures of Lucy and Jack having fun with them.

Jack wears his dog hat on a regular basis. It's okay in our book if he wears in before and after church.
