Riding Southern Nevada Railroad

Saturday, Leland and I took the kids up to Boulder City to ride the Southern Nevada Train. It's an old train they restored that runs on an old track.

Alice loved looking out the window. I wonder if her favorite thing was not being in a car seat.

They had an enclosed section with air conditioning and a section that was open to the wind. We enjoyed both sections and walking in between while the train was moving!

After, we got ice cream cones and talked until we realized that we had been driving for too long. We forgot to get off the freeway and ended up in Arizona. Just kidding, but we did have to back track to get home.

Reminds me of when we all went on the Heber Creeper when you were younger.
