Chatting about Chatsworth

We looked at the Chatsworth Apartments this afternoon. They are in a nice location but the condition of the apartment is questionable to us. All the walls were dirty (black hand smudges, fingerprints, etc.) and the whole thing was a little on the trashy side. You can view the pictures:
