We had a fantastic birthday party for our little man in Salem. My sister-in-law, Jennie, and her kids flew in from Boston for the occasion (not really but they were visiting Utah and were able to come and celebrate). It was a lot of fun to see them and it made the pinata really exciting. Jack got some cool gifts and Lucy got a nice "good sister" present for being a good sister to Jack for 1 whole year. That is a tradition in Leland's family that we really like and are adopting into our family.

You can probably tell right away (cupcakes are a lot harder to make than I thought), but you are looking at a cupcake island surrounded by water, animals included.

How fun. I can't believe you didn't invite us...we would have flown in too :) I can't believe he's 1.
Jumpin' Jack is SO handsome! And my Lucy is GORGEOUS. They look so happy and I just can't believe that Jack is running around like a little man. He looks like he owns the world!

Isn't it crazy how fast a year goes by?!? My little Gracie is already 7 months and counting. Looks like you had so much fun! Jack and Lucy are so cute.
