Bethany flew in on Friday morning and flew out Monday morning. We packed a few activities in while she was here.
We went shopping at Town Square, where Leland and the kids visited the splash pad/ playground while we sisters shopped; we ate Frozen Yogurt; we saw Secretariat on a blanket at the district; Bethany babysat while Leland and I bought something extra cool (will show later); we went to hobby lobby; and we hung out and talked.
Saturday morning chores: picking apples from the apple tree and picking up the front yard.
playing outside with Bethers! The weather was a lot milder (mid-90's) and we got to play outside more than usual during the day.
We bought a VAN! We joined the Honda Odyssey club and love our decision. It is soooo roomy compared to the SUV we filled up before (though the SUV is nice and now Leland gets to drive it to work).
Lucy and Jack loved that they could run around in the van!
This is a typical day's wear for Jack. He is obsessed with all things superhero.

You guys have an apple tree? Jealous! Oh, and your van looks great too :) I love that we were just talking about you getting a bigger car last week, and now you have one!
