Decorating for Christmas

This is our first year really going all out for Christmas. We bought a new tree, some new ornaments, lights, extension cords, candy cane posts, ribbons, candles, etc. Lucy, Jack, and Alice were very excited to both help and see the decorations displayed.

Even though they were high on the ladder (and also Leland was right there :) we felt safer having Superheroes help put up the lights.

For Family Home Evening last night, we decorated out our Christmas tree ornaments writing different names of Christ found throughout the scriptures. Jack enjoyed it until the paint and glitter ran out and Lucy loved making lots of paper snowflakes and doo dads to fill the glass ornaments.
